After 4 amazing years at the pinnacle of drum and bass is Scotland, Xplicit has surpassed eveyones expecations. From our first nights n the Honeycomb, to the Venue then the Bongo Club, across to the west coast at the Art School and the Arches then back for some of the biggest events that Edinburgh has ever seen at the mighty Potterow – its been a rollercoaster of beats, bass and badness with the biggest names and hottest talents in underground music.
Now, 4 years on, we’re gearing up to throw a massive party worthy of the occasion with a trademark triple headlining event that will shake the very ground you walk on.
Pioneering neuro dj ED RUSH is a firm favourite with the Xplicit crowd thanks to his impressive rep for pushing, pulling and snapping any boundaries that stand in his way.
With 20 years experience behind the turntables, RANDALL is a name synonymous with old school heads and new DnB fans a like. He holds a reputation for flawless mixing and faultless tune selection and his DJ sets cover the best in fresh new beats with a dash of old skool flavour thrown in for good measure.

XPLICIT presents TEMPER D
After the killer night last summer Temper D returns to rip the Bongo club apart. Temper D has become synonomous with technical and musical mastery. Approaching the genre through the influences of heavyweights including Cox, Mills and Hawtin, Temper D fuses the sounds of techno, DnB and whatever else he feels fit the night into one big aural attack delivered on 3 and even 4 decks. His sound is built to push the soundsystem and the ravers to the limit.
With a stream of releases on labels including Renegade Hardware, Uprising, Invader, Gain and a close affiliation with Raiden\'s Offkey imprint, it\'s not only technical wizardy that has been turning heads and making him one of the most sought after DJ\'s all across Europe.
